My Own Story
Since storytelling is what these days are a way of giving out information, as well as to build trust, I wanted to be honest myself to tell you my own story who I am and who we are.
There is a history and good reason why we want to offer you these investment programs! Me as Finnish Citizens have noticed how easy it is for us to travel having a Finnish passport. But everyone cannot travel visa free and get a flight ticket in a few days.
Who are we? Who is TRADEK Properties?
Let me explain. I have lived in Finland, in the Bahamas Caribbean, in St Martin Caribbean, in Florida USA, in Spain. So I know a little bit about immigration, emigration, Visa and Travel, buying real estate in different countries and selling real estate abroad. Myself I have also felt the frustration to not be able to enter into another country to run a business, work and live.
Since I was born in Finland I got these Finnish passport benefits as my birth right. Finland is one of the chilliest countries in the world but one thing we have is, we can travel with less restrictions, no difficulties and visit and live very easily in another country. The Finnish passport is among the strongest in the world on the global passport rank providing visa free travel and easy access to hundreds of countries. But unfortunately all countries does not offer this easy visa free travel.
If you want me to help you obtain a citizenship or residency or just buy a real estate with my help, I want to tell you my own story so that you know whom you work with. I try to be honest, reliable and trustworthy so you feel comfortable allowing me to help you!
Already in 1994 when I got a job as a supervising electrical engineer on the Island of Bahamas, Nassau I experienced this great benefit. I simply bought a flight ticket in Finland, after 1 day I landed on the Island and stayed there 6 months. No problem with Visa or passport. My boss was in charge of the process so I at that time did not have to even think about it myself. My stay in the beautiful Island though got me interested in living abroad and the beauty of the Caribbean. Also I became interested in real estates projects in these beautiful Islands. My stay in this place was a temporary project and I flew home to my family in Finland after 6 months.
Just four years after my journey in the Bahamas, we sold our almost brand new built house in Finland and moved with family to St Martin in the Caribbean 1998. This time I got an employment for a Finnish Luxury Yacht Builder to manage and serve high end customers and their needs renting luxury sail yachts in the Caribbean. Also now there were no problems with Visas or passport when I entered the Islands.
We opened up bank accounts, rented apartments, bought cars, I also registered a company on the Island for own use etc
We traveled forward and back to different Islands during this 3 years time with no travel restrictions
After 3 years in Caribbean we moved to USA in 2001. I got a great opportunity again to work in Florida for a company serving high end clients also in yachting industry. We put our both kids in school etc. Here I applied for a Visa that allowed me to work, even though this Visa was difficult to get and it took years. If I had money it had been easier to get a Visa by investing in a business like my boss from UK did. This Visa was unfortunately limited to 6 years, so we had to leave the country after we renewed the Visa 2 x 3 years. Here we also opened up bank accounts, got cars, and purchased first a apartment, lived in it few years, sold it with good profit, and purchased a house. If I would have the opportunity to obtain a E-2 USA Visa then, it would have been easier for us. But even with my then H1B visa I had no restrictions or problems to move around other than this was time limited to max 6 years. Later on I opened up an own business Inc as well, beside my full time job working with high end clients for technical communication solutions on mega yachts. My own business in international trade later on taught me also important things about marketing and communicating with important clients globally
Back in Finland from USA in 2007 we again spent 1 year also in Spain in 2010. We rented a great penthouse with large terrace on the top floor. The sea view was incredible from a mountain down onto the sea. I spent around 1 year with my family in Southern area of Spain in the region of Costa del Sol and did business as usual. Performed some international trade also in the yachting industry. In Spain I could easily open up bank accounts and pay all the necessary fees for electricity, internet that is needed as a tenant in Spain. I got no problem as a foreigner in Spain. Because I have a EU Finnish passport allowing me to operate freely within the whole EU region.
